Hamilton & Burlington Area
Hi there Neighbour!
Dya and Mia here
We started The Gilded Grove with the vision of reconnecting our local communities with nature.
Specializing in native plants and ecological landscaping, our mission is to build pollinator-friendly gardens with integrated gathering spaces, where you can delight in nature from the comfort of your yard.
Built on sustainable landscaping practices, our designs work in harmony with our natural ecosystems: creating healthy gardens, reducing garden maintenance, and increasing natural beauty.
We look forward to meeting you!

The Keystone Tree Project
Keystone plants are critical to the food web and necessary for many wildlife species' life cycles
- The National Wildlife Federation
Learn More ->
Delivering and planting 1 Keystone tree and 20 native plants, we convert 20 square feet of unused sections of lawn into eye-catching ecosystems for the whole neighbourhood to enjoy.
The Keystone tree: supports hundreds of caterpillars, which pollinate our flowers, and feed local songbirds.
The garden below: provides additional pollen and seeds for the birds and bees, while offering essential nutrients and cover for the caterpillars, who often explore around the base of their tree.
The Bus Stop Project
The goal: Bring a bit of beauty to your local commuters.
A familiar spot for many community members, Bus Stops are often left behind when cities beautify their gathering spaces. Our goal is to turn these forgotten spaces into unforgettable features.
Have a bus stop on your property? Or know of a bus stop that would benefit from a garden? Join our Bus Stop Project!
* homeowners with a bus stop on your property may be eligible for grant subsidies
Plant Our Neighbourhood
The goal: Transforming your neighbourhood into a pollinator haven.
In select neighbourhoods, pick a plant from our seasonal plant menu and we’ll deliver and plant it right in your front yard.
Get creative with it! Pick your favourite flowers, or collaborate with a neighbour and get matching flowers, matching colours, or even colour code your whole street!
It’s our mission to make environmental stewardship accessible and affordable for all. Join your neighbours in building a pollinator paradise, and watch as the songbirds, bees, and butterflies return to your community.
Sign up, and spread the word! Let's make a difference in our neighbourhood together!
